In Qualifying van Gastel was in 2nd position with Mega DS4 EM engine.

Austria: Levy wins EFRA 1/8 scale 40+ EC with Mega ZX-21 (17/08/2010)

Alain Levy from France wins EFRA 1/8 scale 40+ EC with Mega ZX-21 in Austria.
This is already the 7th major title of this experienced rc car driver.

UK Nats: Wood wins 1/8 nats with Mega ZX-21 (15/08/2010)

Tim Wood had a great race in Mendip, taking 2nd place in qualifying and Mega team-mate Hicklin in 3rd in qualifying.
In the final Tim Wood was able to take the win for Mega ZX-21. Congratulations.

WC 1/10: Matsuda makes final with Mega ZX-12 DS4 (11/08/2010)

The 14 year old Takumi Matsuda from Japan, made the final at his 1st ever IFMAR WC in Houston USA.
Takumi races his Mega ZX powered 733.
He managed to win the 1/4 final and move all the way up to the main final.
At one point he was even in 2nd place, but dropped to 7th place in the end.
Excellent result for this young Mega engine racer. Congratulations.
Michael Salven and Yuya Sahahsi both did well with the Mega DS-4 EM engines too, but their quest ended in the semi finals.

Swiss: Gross joins Mega offroad team (15/07/2010)

Dominique Gross, top-driver in offroad in Swiss, recently joined Team Mega engines.
Dominique has made several tests with the Mega ZX-21 DS4 in the Serpent Cobra and is impressed with bottom and top-end performance and superb fuel consumption.
Gross will have his next Swiss-race end August.

Mega ZX-12 win 2 classes at UK Nationals (17/06/2010)

In the Sports GT class Glyn Beal dominated the weekend with his MEGA ZX-12 powered 733 breaking the track record twice, getting TQ by 1 lap and winning the A final by 8 laps. Glyn was using the new Kamtec 220mm GTP bodyshell developed by SERPENT-UK.
Trucks class was won by Mathew Cook who also took TQ, with his MEGA-ZX-12 powered 733.
Overall it was an excellent result for Mega engines.
The next round in the UK National series will be at Mendip (Weston Super-Mere) on 3-4th July.

Dutch EFRA GP 1/8: van Gastel wins with Mega ZX EM engine (14/06/2010)

van Gastel and Salven, both running the Mega ZX DS4 engines , were very fast in the Dutch EFRA GP.
van Gastel was able to clinch every heat in qualifying, showing both speed, torque and good fuel consumption, but above all stability as well.
So in qualifying it was van Gastel on pole with Mega, foillowed by Salven in 2nd with Mega.
3rd was Vrielink with Reds and Mack with NR.
Holland Nats: TQ and 2nd place for van Gastel with Mega DS4 EM (12/05/2010)

van Gastel had a strong race with his Mega powered 966 at the Rucpen track in Holland.
vanGastel made TQ ahead of drivers d'Hondt, Ermen and Vrielink.
In the final the battle was very much between van Gastel and d'Hondt. A small slip onto the grass cost vanGastel a quarter lap, which he almost completely recovered, leaving only a gap of 0,4 sec on the finish line behind d'Hondt. Very close finish !
The Mega DS4 EM, with 2033 Mega pipe, was running extremely fast and stable, with good fuel consumption.
2nd TQ in a row, time for a victory soon.

Salven was able to take 2nd place in qualifying and win the championship round in West using the new Mega engines, ZX-12 DS4 EM.
