Mega Racing engines are developed and manufactured for Mega by the famous Picco Micromotori factory in Italy, near Monza.

Mega team-drivers like Michael Salven and Yuya Sahashi work together with the Picco family to create the optimum performance, combined with durability and the right level of fuel consumption. Alberto Picco as racer/tester/developer, Eduardo Picco as developer/designer / production director, backed up with the knowledge of Picco Sr. A passionate racing family with focus to make the fastest rc engines in the world.
The high end precision machines, together with over 30 years of experience in developing , testing / racing and producing engines, make sure that the Mega engines are the absolute highest level of competition engines. The selection of raw materials for all material as used in the engines is of vital importance. Each batch of raw materials arriving is re-checked and measured and only the best suppliers are being used. For Mega engines the highest grades of aluminium and steel are being used, in combination with top-level Swiss-made ballbearings.

Mega racing engines are available in a normal version and a E-Mo version, which is a special selected and modified version. Most Mega engines are available as separate engine and as combo-pack with tuned pipe system ( Powerpack).
